David Watkins

David has 30 years’ experience in real estate litigation, including Chapter 2506 appeals from administrative bodies relative to land use entitlements, eminent domain matters, and Board of Revision tax valuation appeals in connection with real property. David also has experience in business litigation and personal injury, including truck crash litigation. David uses his strong research and analytical skills of Ohio law to create successful litigation strategy and his thorough understanding of procedural law and processes to best convey and communicate both to courts and clients.
